If interested in one of our puppies please complete the puppy application below. Please be as detailed as possible with your answers as this is our first impression of the home you can provide for one of our puppies. All puppy applications will be reviewed, however not all will be approved. Submitting this puppy application does not guarantee you a puppy. Once your application has been approved we will contact you with an estimated wait time and update you once future litter plans are made.

Are you aware golden retriever puppies are very active and may be destructive if not given appropriate enrichment and exercise? Did you know Goldens shed? *

Do you have a trainer for your current pets? If so, please list. If not, have you researched trainers? Please tell us about your training methods and goals for training. What training methods do you plan to use? We do offer training packages for select puppies on a limited basis. Are you interested in purchasing an older trained puppy or having your puppy go through one of our training programs? *

What are you looking for in a golden? Please be specific about the sex, appearance, energy level etc. What are your goals and expectations for your new puppy? What qualities or behaviors do you deem unacceptable? *

What do you plan on feeding your puppy and why? Are you aware of the current research linking grain-free diets and Dilated Cardiomyopathy due to Taurine Deficiency? Are you willing to follow recommended nutrition recommendation? *

In most cases our puppies are sold as pets with limited AKC registration. Limited registration means without breeding rights. Are you looking for a family pet? *

Have you ever competed in any AKC events such as conformation, agility, obedience, etc? If yes, please describe in detail. Are you looking for a show prospect? If yes, please tell us about your show experience. Do you owner handle? Will you be seeking a professional handler? Are you aware that show prospect puppies carry no guarantee they will mature into show prospect adults? *

It is important to note that final puppy selections are made at 7-8 weeks of age based upon conformation and temperament evaluations. We match our puppies with the most appropriate homes based upon the information provided in this puppy application and puppy evaluations. Show/performance/service prospects are chosen first and then pet puppies are selected thereafter. It may be 8 weeks before final decisions are made. Are you ok with this? *
